In addition to being a therapist, my other favorite title is “mom”. Motherhood, and the journey to motherhood, can be overwhelming. This very vulnerable time can lead to the discovery of new issues or it can exacerbate pre-existing challenges. So whether you are struggling to get pregnant, to embrace this aspect of your identity, are overcome with grief, have a perinatal mood disorder, intrusive thoughts, endured trauma, or simply want to process thoughts and feelings related to your role as mom, please reach out to me.
In addition to earning my MSc in Psychology, and MA in Counseling, I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified through Postpartum Support International. I have completed, and continue to engage in, specialized trainings in Maternal Mental Health in order to provide the best support to new and seasoned moms and moms-to-be.
I am passionate about women's issues and supporting women through whatever phase they are currently navigating. In order to provide a more well rounded perspective to clients, I am constantly engaging in trainings. Currently I am learning about Body Image & Disordered Eating, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and using Tarot in therapy.
